Your data stays with you
Your data should be yours
Use what artificial intelligence can do without handing your data to anyone. Do not pay for access to AI with your privacy.
Where the model runs
Agent LMD runs on your own computer or server. The contents of mails, and customer and patient data, never reach an AI provider. What leaves your network is only what the task itself requires: a report goes to the registry you file it with, exactly as it would if an employee had sent it. For comparison: an agent built on a cloud model sent the provider 14 requests for a single report, each one carrying the full text of the patient's mail.
The cloud and the law
Under the CLOUD Act, US authorities can demand data from a US provider even when the servers stand in Europe. Using the cloud can be GDPR-compliant, and EU-US data protection frameworks exist. The point is control: when the model runs on your own hardware, you do not have to work out who can demand your data, or on what grounds.
What we see
During the pilot we work on your hardware: on your premises, or through remote access that you control. We do not copy your cases onto our own computers. If the project needs access to personal data, we sign a data processing agreement before it starts.
Control
- Every decision comes with how confident the agent is in it.
- You decide which cases wait for a person to approve them, uncertain cases, payments and serious cases for instance.
- The record of the agent's work stays on your own disk.
